US Standard 3 to 17 business days (orders above $50.00) - FREE

INTERNATIONAL (Other Countries)

US Standard 3 to 17 business days (orders above £38.00) - FREE

Standard 3 to 17 business days - £8.00

International Priority 3 to 10 business days (tracked)- £15.00

We aim to process all orders same day, but during busy seasons, this may vary slightly.

We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout. Standard (untracked) shipping can result in lost or untraceable parcels - if you choose this option, it is at your own risk.

Tong Swimwear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave our facility, and we cannot offer refunds or reshipments in these cases.

UK Delivery

Your order should be delivered in 2-5 working days (Standard) delivery option is usually sent via the Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service or Evri and can on very rare occasions take up to 14 working days. Deliveries cannot be considered delayed or lost with the Post Office until 3 weeks after posting.

Europe & Rest of the World

Your order should be delivered within 4–10 working days using our Standard delivery option. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail 2nd class or Evri and, on rare occasions, delivery may take up to 30 working days. Deliveries cannot be considered delayed or lost until 3 weeks after dispatch.

Please note: Due to Brexit, customs duties, VAT, and any import charges for deliveries to Europe and other international destinations are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

When your parcel arrives in the destination country, the shipping carrier (e.g. DPD or a local partner) may contact you directly using the email address or phone number provided at checkout to request payment of any applicable customs duties or taxes before delivery.
