Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Tong Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase-but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange, or gift card.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in its original condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with hygiene label intact
- You are within the 14 day window period since your purchase
- Item is not part of the final sale/ liquidation
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions
Return Guide:
- Within 14 days of receiving your order go to your order confirmation e-mail and in details section select "Request Return".
- In your notes, please specify whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
If no preference is mentioned, we’ll treat it as a refund by default. - After our review we will send an e-mail with further instructions including address item needs to be shipped to.
- Pack your items securely and include a note inside your parcel with your name, order number, and whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund the amount paid for the swimsuit EXCLUDING the original shipping cost.
Shipping Returned Items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible if an item gets lost during delivery. We also strongly discourage using private shipping companies to return your item to us. These companies often charge us fees upon reception of your package, which we must refuse to pay. In that case, your package will be returned to you. We recommend sending your package through your local post office.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund 10 business days after it has been posted, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
